Our projects mostly involve injection moulding & electronics with a smaller number of low volume / high value projects that also require sheet metal components.
We have built long standing relationships with suppliers both locally and off shore to provide predictable outcomes.
What does our typical engagement look like?
The majority of our clients are from outside of Canada. More than half are for royalties. A small number are for equity and the remainder are based on a flat fee per project phase.
For flat fee projects we tell you what we will deliver, when it will be finished and how much it will cost.
The only fee changes arise from fundamental modifications to the project scope, if they are requested by the client.
We have completed more than 400 projects to date and utilize this experience to provide detailed, accurate and reliable pricing up front.
